Sonakshi Sinha REACTS To Wedding Speculations With Rumoured Boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal; Actress Says, ‘Don't Know Why People Are So Concerned About It’
Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has been enjoying the success of her her web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Days after the show was renewed for a second season, rumours surrounding her upcoming wedding with Double XL co-star Zaheer Iqbal started doing rounds on social media. According to media reports, the actors were all set to marry on June 23 in Mumbai. Now the actress has reacted to the speculations and expressed how her wedding is nobody’s business. 

In a recent interview with iDiva, she revealed that other people are more concerned about her wedding and have asked about it than her own parents. Quoted by the Free Press Journal, she said, “Firstly, it's nobody's business. Secondly, it is my choice, so I don't know why people are so concerned about it. People ask me about my marriage more than my parents, so I find that very funny. Now, I am just used to it. It doesn't bother me. If media reports are to believed, Sonakshi and Zaheer met at a party hosted by Salman Khan. They fell in love after working together in Double XL and kept their relationship low profile. It is to be noted, that the actress made her Bollywood debut with Khan’s film Dabangg and Zaheer made his debut with Notebook (2019), a film which was produced by Salman Khan. Fans are eagerly waiting for the couple to officially announce their nuptials. Talking about his bond with Sonakshi, Zaheer in an interview with SpotboyE has said, that he had an amazing time working with her in Double XL. He had said, “It’s a great feeling to wake up in the morning and go to work with your best friend. Other than that she is also a bhandar of talent. I have learned so much from her, I remember I used to straight up ask her so many questions on the sets of ‘Double XL. It was great to have so much talent I was exposed to learn from and soak in the knowledge. Working with Sonakshi in every possible way has been one of the best experiences of my life.”

When asked about her wedding plans, the Heeramandi actress’ brother Luv Sinha, dismissed it and stated that she would be the right person to answer the question.
